| Shooting Format: | The competition will consist of 12 targets, This will be a Double Fita. This is an Indoor competition and the shooting distance is 18 Meters. |
| Dates and Times: | Begins on Sunday 22nd of October 2017, doors open from 08:30 am until approx 18:00 pm. Dates and times may change. Please check our calendar and “Club Notices” on the home page for updates |

Registration: 09:00am Practice: 09:45am Start Shooting: 10:00am Breaks & Lunch Times to be announced during the course of the day. Proposed event Finish Time: 17:00pm |
| Event Fee: | €20 Master/Senior, €15 Junior/Cadet/Youth
Cancellations will be accepted up until 8 pm Wednesday 18th of October, before the competition date. Any cancellations after 8 pm Wednesday 18th of October, will have to be paid by the archer as the archer will have been assigned a spot on the line by this time. Archers that also registered but do not show up on the day will also be asked to pay the entry fee. Any archer refusing to pay this fee will not be allowed to shoot in future Greenhills events until this fee has been paid. These decisions have been made final by the chair person and vice chair person of Greenhills Archery Club. |

2017 sees the Club revert back to a 1-day event simply due to cost and turn out of trying to run a 2-day event. The shoot will revert back to a Double FITA 18M
Warm Ups & Practice Butts
Due to the size of our venue, we are not able to provide separate training butts for archers to practice on and warm up. Archers will be provided with 2 ends of sighters on the day of the shoot before scoring rounds commence.
